H.E. Mr. Piyawat Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, paid a visit to the Royal Copenhagen headquarters and its factory in Glostrup

On 25 th January 2012, H.E. Mr. Piyawat Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, paid a visit to the Royal Copenhagen headquarters and its factory in Glostrup (approximately 40 minutes drive from Copenhagen) and met with the company’s executives namely, Mr. Mads Ryder, CEO and Mrs. Lotte Franch Wamberg, Vice President of the Supply Chain Global.

Royal Copenhagen is Denmark’s leading producer of fine china and porcelain with worldwide distribution, especially in Europe and Japan. In 2008, the company established its factory in Thailand under joint venture with the local partner, Patra, and began its production there. Currently, the Royal Copenhagen is planning to expand its production in Thailand.
