Apply by hand / walk-in
Applications are usually processed 3 working days after the date of submission, provided that all required document is completed. Same-day service is not permitted.
- Applications are usually processed approximately 7 working days not including mailing time.- When submitting application by mail, a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage stamps (Registered Mail ONLY) is required for the return of passport. Please contact Post Danmark for further information on postage stamps.
- In the absence of the required self-addressed and stamped envelope with sufficient postage, the Embassy will not be responsible for returning the passport. (Postage should NOT be included in the visa fee).
Please note that the Embassy is not responsible for lost, damage, delay or misdirected mail.
