Thee-Year Non-Immigrant Visa “B”
(Business only )
Foreign citizen who wishes to visit Thailand for business purpose may apply for a three-year non-immigrant visa, type ‘B’ with multiple entries. It allows holder to visit Thailand as often as required for as long as the visa remains valid and allows holder to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 90 days during each visit. Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited for holder of such visa.
Place of application
- Visa applicants who have permanent residence in Denmark, Iceland , and Lithuania can apply for this type of visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen.
- The Royal Thai Consulates headed by Honorary Consul are not authorized to issue this type of visa.
- The validity of this type of visa is 3 years.
- Travelers with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 90 days per entry.

- DKK 400 for a single-entry
- DKK 900 for a multiple-entry.
- If application is submitted in person, visa processing fees are payable in cash or money order, payable to "The Royal Thai Embassy, Copenhagen”.
- If application is submitted by mail, please pay by MONEY ORDER only.
- When apply by mail , a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage (Registered Mail ONLY) must be included for the return of passport. Please contact Post Danmark for further information on postage stamps.
NB:
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Each applicant, including minor, is required to have his/her own passport to apply for a Thai visa at the Embassy or Consulate-General.
Documents Required:
- Your actual Passport
- Passport valid for traveling to Thailand with sufficient remaining validity and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page.
- 1 copy of Passport or Travel Document (Picture page)
- 1 application form |Download|
- completed and signed by the applicant. Parents can sign for the minor.
- 1 photo ( Photostat or Photocopy will not be accepted.)
- passport-type photo (4 x 5 cm.) , color, front-view, taken within 6 months
- National Identity Card, Residence documentation or valid proof of identity.
- A letter from the employer giving details of the applicant’s position, length of employment, salary and purpose of the visit(s) to Thailand. If the applicant is self-employed, he or she must provide documentation of his or her business undertaking such as business registration and details of business operation.
- Copies of correspondence with business partners in Thailand.
- A letter of invitation from trading or associated partners/companies in Thailand.
- Corporate documents of associated partners/companies in Thailand such as: - business registration and business license
- list of shareholders
- company profile
- details of business operation
- map indicating location of the company
- balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax
(Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year
- value-added tax registration (Por Por 20)
- A letter of recommendation from previous employer or business associations of which the applicant is member.
